This podcast is based on al-Fawa’id al-Mukhtarah, one of the seminal works of the great scholar al-Habib Zayn bin Sumayt. 

In this episode, Shaykh Abdurragmaan Khan discusses the importance of prayer and the admonishment for the one who abandons prayer.  He explains how salah (prayer) is a sila (connection) between the slave and his Lord such that without prayer there is no connection between them.
